You can download and print any of our drilling templates. These can be used to cut out the templates from 3/4" plywood.

Description

The Aquarium Drill Kit includes a 3/4″ plywood backing for drilling holes for an H2Overflow®, Siphon Stopper®, and Stealthbox®. This can be used for an existing fish tank, and you can position it yourself.

Kit Options:

  • Template Only: includes just the wood template.
  • Kit: includes the wood template and the appropriate glass hole saws for the selected components.

Since glass Glass Hole Cutters do not have a pilot hole or a mandrel, it is very important to use a template to keep the hole centered.

It is recommended to clamp the template firmly with a fresh piece of backing for each hole (rotate and flip the backing after each hole) to prevent chipping the glass on the other side. Also, use a coolant (water) while drilling.
